Co-Founder Patrice Tsague shares, “In 1995, as an 18-year-old college student earning $5.50 an hour, I was forced to drop out of college due to a family economic crisis.”

At this point, the 18-year-old boy made a bold decision and started his own business. As Patrice explained, it was the one thing he had always felt called to do.

“While pursuing my own business, I quickly realized that I had been blessed to grow up in a family business. My family in Cameroon had employed more than 1,000 workers and grown the business across Africa, North America, and Europe. I quickly became passionate to teach others the kind of business principles I had grown up learning. As a new follower of Jesus Christ, I didn’t want to separate my entrepreneurship and my faith.

“When I couldn’t find Biblically integrated business training programs, I began to develop my own. It made me sad to see that the only difference between Christian and non-Christian business owners was that the Believers added a fish sign on their car  . I encountered countless Christian business owners who seem to set their faith aside on workdays and operate their business without any deeply held conviction or commitment to Kingdom impact.

“Over time, I developed a practical, transformational business course called Biblical Entrepreneurship. Executed by a network of seasoned and certified trainers, this coursework has been taught to thousands of entrepreneurs and aspiring business people. Over more than two decades, the program has expanded to 38 countries around the globe. More than 20,000 people on 5 continents have been trained. They have built or grown businesses or personal practices, sustained families, lived happily, and impacted potentially millions of people as a witness and testimony to Jesus Christ.
